贵妃牛肉材料:
‧牛腩:600公克
‧红萝卜:200公克

配料:
‧辣椒:1支
‧薑片:4片
‧葱:2根
‧高汤:2杯
‧米酒:1茶匙
‧麻油:1茶匙
‧蕃茄酱:3大匙
‧沙拉油:2大匙
‧太白粉水:2大匙
‧酱油:1茶匙

做法:
●用蕃茄酱3大匙加上酱油1茶匙、米酒1茶匙搅拌均匀,做成「红烧料」备用。

蛋..7颗

Cream Cheese..250g(推荐使用卡夫奶油乳酪)
鲜奶..130g

玉米粉..50g
低筋麵粉..25g
柠檬汁..20g
盐..3g

材料(4)
安佳奶油..70g
鲜奶..100g

细糖..140g
塔塔粉..3g

一个厨师,一个柜姐,一样爱旅行, 一样爱摄影,一样爱美食!

去年七月去澳洲打工旅行,今年七月回国,本没想到会自己开餐厅!

却意外的开了这间米谷手作料理食堂,

Ben做过很多的餐厅,有日本料理、中式料理、韩国料理、泰国料理以及鲜奶酪生产,

厨龄已经有14年了,曾经做过2间餐馆的主厨,

也曾让2间店都上过自由时报,但为了自已的理想也都放弃了原来的成积!

一路跌跌撞撞才知道想要的原来很简单!



我们的店面设计主要是以简约、乾淨、宽敞为主,价格却是平价的消费!

一般的热炒、炭烤店用餐环境都不是很好,

所以我们觉得环境很重要,乾淨的环境能让人吃的安心,

宽敞能让人没有压迫感 ,简约让没眼目清新,

我们曾经也是卡奴,要养车要租房,大餐对我们来说是一种暑奢侈,

所以我们追求的是现在人说的CP值,以最便宜的价格,吃到好吃又不觉得贵的料理,

客人开心满足,我们也就开心,这就是我们的经营理念!

声称是海底奇幻4D SHOW,是怎麽4的办法, classic works as: the landscape paintings of Fan Kuan, Guo Xi and Li Tang of the Northern Song, all treasures of the National Palace Museum; Yuan-dynasty master Huang Gongwang; Ming masters Shen Zhou and Tang Yin; Giuseppe Castiglione, the amalgamator of East and West who painted for the Chinese imperial palace; and the early Taiwanese modern art master Shui-Long Yen. Their appropriations also include: ancient bells and urns used in imperial chambers, iconic historical photographs, ancient tomes and poetry. Based on the subject matter of the appropriated works, the exhibition is divided into seven categories, harkening back to the classification system of dynastic China: Landscapes; Taoism and Buddhism; Human Figures; Tales of the Mysterious; Calligraphy; Flowers, Birds and Beasts; and Photographic Images. In this way, it examines the intentions of contemporary artists in appropriating these classic works, and the ways in which they have refashioned the past.
In Taiwan of the 1960s, the influential art forms arriving from the West were predominantly abstract and conceptual art. It was not until the 1990s that Western Dadaism and Warholian pop art began to have a significant impact. After the end of martial law in 1987, the pace of democratization in Taiwanese society quickened, and social attitudes gradually opened up. This was reflected in art with a broadening of thought and diversification of creative elements and subject matter. In “postmodern” society with its commercialization and mass reproduction of images, “classic works” and literary narratives became disengaged from their cultural contexts, losing their functions as palace decorations and sources of enlightenment. No longer was art the symbolically expressive, elite works of the traditional humanities. It had moved from the refined, gentrified classes of the past to the popular culture of today.

For the contemporary age, these classic works present richly beautiful, powerful images and a sense of mystery engendered by distance in time. Yet unlike dynastic-era artists whose imitations were based on the foundation of “reverence for antiquity,” these famous works, after having undergone mass reproduction, ceased being rarely glimpsed works of the imperial court and became “images” that anyone could behold or obtain at a moment’s notice. They had even lost the textures and brushstrokes of the original, existing in a “flattened” state. Ruminating on local history, cultural values and identity, Taiwanese contemporary artists made use of those artworks that once adorned imperial power and symbolized the tastes of the literati class, engaging in a dialogue with their own history and culture, disassembling, reassembling, re-creating and altering the styles and subject matter of classic works through symbolic or allegorical images in order to enunciate their views on the present-day state of affairs through simile or metaphor. These include: consideration and breakthroughs in aesthetics and forms of expression; criticism of the current state of Taiwanese society, history and culture; voicing of their own inner ideal worlds and feelings about life; and the transformation of the artistic tastes of the past to a popular, commercial aesthetic more closely oriented toward everyday life. At the same time, as contemporary artists re-examine and re-create classic works of the past, they also re-accentuate and rediscover the artistic accomplishments of the past in light of new definitions and the perspective of art history. As artists refabricate the past, amid this convergence of dual-directional observation, discovery, transformation and original creation, they yield a wealth of meaning and limitless possibilities of expression in the contemporary era.
